They ensure that only 100% authentic items are put on sale.The evaluation process is unique with its own mix of assessment criteria and differs according to the category. Each item is evaluated based on the following combination of hallmarks, hardware, stitching, symmetry, material, craftsmanship, stamping, codes, hologram stickers, and packaging. Our authenticators also check if the items have been modified or amended (e.g., aftermarket diamonds, replaced batteries, repaired bags, etc.)
