Indian traditional handicrafts made by the skilled artisans of the Chanayka atelier in Mumbai were the highlight of the show \u2014 including mirrored Rajasthani embroidered mini-dresses. It was indeed a celebration of the country and its rich hues, flowing from black to beige into green and yellow, then to pink and purple and greyish brown.<\/span><\/p>\n

For its Resort 2020 collection, the French fashion house traveled to one of the most stunning locations in the world \u2014 Marrakech. Held in the historic El Badi Palace, the Moroccan city not only served as host to Dior’s latest runway show but its artists and culture helped inspire and create the designs. There was a series of collaborations with several African artists, offering a refreshing perspective from Dior.
