Our bag of the week is this\u00a0iconic Louis Vuitton handbag with a special flower-power makeover. \u00a0It is a one-of-a-kind Speedy 30 that has been hand painted with a beautiful floral design.<\/p>\n

The Speedy 30 was the first handbag created by the Louis Vuitton brand in 1930. \u00a0The bag was modeled on it’s predecessor, The Keepall. \u00a0Designed by Louis’ son Georges, the Speedy was designed\u00a0as an “every day” bag and was at the forefront of LV’s climb to success in the luxury handbag market.<\/p>\n

It has been recreated over the years\u00a0in a range of colours, leathers and designs however always \u00a0maintains the same shape. \u00a0The Speedy was made popular by celebrities such as Audrey Hepburn, it is now considered a classic and staple item of any luxury closet.<\/p>\n
