This Terms of Service subject to the Term and Conditions is effective upon acceptance for all new users and from June 15, 2017 for existing users. Previous amendments to this Terms and Conditions are archived here

Welcome to theluxurycloset.com, the website (the "Site") of THE LUXURY CLOSET, covering all registered domain endings, such as ".com". The Luxury Closet provides its services and Terms of Service ("TOS") to you subject to the terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") detailed herein.

By using our Site, application and services you confirm that you are either at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site and its services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Before you may use the Site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, this Terms of Service ("TOS") and the Privacy Policy on our website. This TOS is effective upon acceptance. Use of any functionality of the Site, makes you a user ("User") and constitutes your acceptance of this TOS and all applicable laws. If this TOS conflicts with any other documents, the TOS will control for the purposes of usage of the Site.

You may only use certain portions of the Site if you are a The Luxury Closet registered visitor, buyer or seller. If you do not agree to be bound by this TOS and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site in any way.

Individuals who did not register their e-mail address at Site might not be able to access or use all the information and functionality presented on Site. For avoidance of doubt, such individuals are also considered a "User".

General Terms

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the unenforceable condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. From time to time The Luxury Closet may offer special promotional offers, which may or may not apply to your The Luxury Closet account. You agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions for these special offers. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. The laws of the United Arab Emirates will govern this TOS and the relationship between you and The Luxury Closet. The failure of The Luxury Closet to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. The Luxury Closet does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of this TOS. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this TOS, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this TOS. This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Luxury Closet and governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and The Luxury Closet with respect to the Site.

Country of Domicile

The Luxury Closet and Site are owned and represented by Tradelux General Trading LLC having its registered office and place of business at Dubai, Novotel Dubai Al Barsha, API Trlo Tower, Office 901 PO Box 502626, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("UAE").

Laws and Jurisdiction

These TOS subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned here are governed by, and construed in accordance with, UAE law.

Terms of Service

Description of Services

In the site, The Luxury Closet provides users with access to sales of lifestyle, fashion and luxury products and services online (the "service"). You are responsible for obtaining access to the site, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the site. The Luxury Closet Inc, Tortola, BVI owns the site.

License and Site Access

The Luxury Closet grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site and the Service. This license does not include any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another vendor or any other third party; caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site and the framing of any Content available through the Site uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to make available (such as the intellectual property of another party); uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; any action that imposes or may impose (in The Luxury Closet's sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on The Luxury Closet's infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any measures used by The Luxury Closet to prevent or restrict access to the Site. Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by The Luxury Closet.

Account Registration

In consideration of your use of the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United Arab Emirates or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site's registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or The Luxury Closet has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, The Luxury Closet has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to notify The Luxury Closet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Luxury Closet reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranty

All content, products, and services on the site, or obtained from a website to which the site is linked (a "linked site") are provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind either express or implied including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy.

The Luxury Closet does not endorse and is not responsible for (a) the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made through the site by any party other than The Luxury Closet, (b) any content provided on linked sites or (c) the capabilities or reliability of any product or service obtained from a linked site (d) any technical or human errors that arise from software, tech, IT (Information Technology), bug, malware, virus attack, hack, not limited to these unforeseen situations which may or may not result in inaccurate content, pricing (The Luxury Closet pricing) and original retail price, description, etc.

Other than as required under applicable consumer protection law, under no circumstance will The Luxury Closet be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained through the site or a linked site, or user's reliance on any product or service obtained from a linked site. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any opinion, advice or other content available through the site, or obtained from a linked site. please seek the advice of professionals, as appropriate, regarding the evaluation of any specific opinion, advice, product, service, or other content.

All promotional dates refer to the current year, unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of liability

You expressly understand and agree that The Luxury Closet and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, inaccurate pricing due to human error, technical error or bug, software glitches etc., damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if The Luxury Closet has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from use of the site, content or any related services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Luxury Closet (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this TOS, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Electronic Communication

We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, Cash on Delivery, PayPal , Apple Pay and Bank Transfer. Cash on Delivery payment option is available without limitations for deliveries in UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain. COD deliveries to Oman are limited to order value of up to USD 800.

When you use the Site or send emails to The Luxury Closet, you are communicating with The Luxury Closet electronically. You consent to receive communications from The Luxury Closet electronically. The Luxury Closet will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

An additional fee for the Cash on Delivery service of 30 AED in U.A.E. is applied.

Site-Provided Email and Postings

The Site may provide users with the ability to send email messages to other users and non-users and to post messages on the Site. The Luxury Closet is under no obligation to review any messages, information or content ("Postings") posted on the Site by users and assumes no responsibility or liability relating to any such Postings. Notwithstanding the above, The Luxury Closet may from time to time monitor the Postings on the Site and may decline to accept and/or remove any email or Postings. You understand and agree not to use any functionality provided by the Site to post content or initiate communications that contain:

Any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

Advertisements or solicitations of any kind

  • Impersonate others or provide any kind of false information.
  • Personal information such as messages which state phone numbers, social security numbers, account numbers, addresses, or employer references.
  • Messages by non-spokesperson employees of The Luxury Closet purporting to speak on behalf of The Luxury Closet or containing confidential information or expressing opinions concerning The Luxury Closet.
  • Messages that offer unauthorized downloads of any copyrighted or private information.
  • Multiple messages placed within individual folders by the same user restating the same point.

Chain letters of any kind

Identical (or substantially similar) messages to multiple recipients advertising any product or service, expressing a political or other similar message, or any other type of unsolicited commercial message. This prohibition includes but is not limited to a) Using The Luxury Closet invitations to send messages to people who don't know you or who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact; b) Using The Luxury Closet to connect to people who don't know you and then sending unsolicited promotional messages to those direct connections without their permission; and c) Sending messages to distribution lists, newsgroup aliases, or group aliases.

Links

The Site or third parties may provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because The Luxury Closet has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that The Luxury Closet is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that The Luxury Closet shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Access To Password Protected/Secure Areas

Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.

Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.

Modification and Notification of Changes

The Luxury Closet reserves the right to make changes to the Site, related policies and agreements, this TOS and the Privacy Policy at any time. If The Luxury Closet makes a material modification to this TOS, it will notify you by: sending an email to the address associated with your account. The Luxury Closet is not responsible for your failure to receive an email due to the actions of your ISP or any email filtering service; therefore, you should add The Luxury Closet to the list of domains approved to send you email (commonly known as your “whitelist”); and displaying a prominent announcement above the text of this TOS or the Privacy Policy, as appropriate, for thirty (30) days, with (i) and (ii) being deemed sufficient notification, of such changes.

After notice of a modification to the TOS or the Privacy Policy has been posted for 30 days, the notice will be removed and a brief description of the modification and the date that it went into effect will be placed in the Historical Modifications section at the end of the TOS and Privacy Policy. If you have not used the Site for more than 30 days, you should check these two sections for any modifications to the TOS or Privacy Policy prior to any further use of the Site. Should you wish to terminate your account due to a modification to the TOS or the Privacy Policy, you may do so by sending an email with the subject line "Termination" to the following email address: [email protected]. If you choose to continue using the Site, you agree that by doing so you will be deemed to accept the new TOS or Privacy Policy, as relevant.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of The Luxury Closet and other parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as metatags on other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of The Luxury Closet or such third party which may own the Marks. All information and content including any software programs available on or through the Site ("Content") is protected by copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes.

The Luxury Closet is not associated with the brands that it sells, which are a registered trademark of the respective brand owners and not of The Luxury Closet.

Procedure for Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement

The Luxury Closet respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. The Luxury Closet may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the intellectual property of a third party. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide The Luxury Closet's Service Agent the following information:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
  • A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

The Luxury Closet may update this mailing address from time to time. You agree that changes to this mailing address shall not constitute a modification to this TOS.

Survival of Terms After Agreement Ends

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this TOS, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of this TOS that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on a party will survive the expiration or termination of this TOS.

Buying Terms

This section constitutes a binding agreement between the User (hereafter within these Buying Terms "Buyer") and The Luxury Closet. The Luxury Closet is in no way associated with the brands that it sells.

Buyer wishes to purchase certain items ("Item") as may be displayed and described on our Website/App. It is The Luxury Closet’s sole discretion to display or remove the displayed item depending on its availability or non-availability. The Luxury Closet is not liable to inform or alert the Buyer before removing or adding such an item. The Luxury Closet wishes to sell the Item on behalf of a seller, subject to Buyer agreeing the following Buying terms and Terms of Service:

  1. Buyer acknowledges that The Luxury Closet's authentication process is in-house and independent of any brand association of any kind or nature. Brands mentioned on the Site are not involved in the authentication of Item being sold and none of the brand owners or sellers assume or own any responsibility for any Item purchased through the Site.

  2. As a courtesy to the Buyer, The Luxury Closet may or may not provide descriptions and condition description of the Item on site and through other direct or indirect, online or offline means of communications. Buyer should note that descriptions of Item are not warranties and that each Item is sold ‘as is’.

  3. Buyer canceling an installment order has to contact The Luxury Closet via email at [email protected] informing the wish to do so.

  4. The methods of payment for a purchased Item as accepted by The Luxury Closet are communicated via Site. Usually includes:

    • Credit Card

    • PayPal

    • Cash-On-Delivery within the UAE

    • Apple Pay for the USA

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The Luxury Closet attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, The Luxury Closet does not warrant that product descriptions, titles, attributes, specifications, price or other content or any other information related to the product(s) are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

The Luxury Closet holds ownership in the way the titles or content are laid out, arranged and standardised.

PRICING

Estimated Retail Price

The "estimated retail price" is an estimate/guess/judgment based on research from the brand's main site or other competitive sites. The buyer agrees that The Luxury Closet, in its sole discretion, will determine the initial estimated selling price for the item (the "Estimated Retail Price"), based on its evaluation of the item together with its determination of the current market price.

The Luxury Closet Price

"The Luxury Closet Price" means the decided selling price of a product which is a result/consequence of a binding agreement between the seller and The Luxury Closet. We regularly check estimated retail prices against prices recently found on The Luxury Closet and other retailers. Certain products may have a "Was Price" displayed when the item goes on sale, which is determined using the recent price history of the product on The Luxury Closet Website/App.

With respect to items on sale on The Luxury Closet, we cannot warrant the price of an item until your order is confirmed by us. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation and the refund thereof. The Luxury Closet is not liable to contact the customer for any item that is priced incorrectly.

Delivery:

The Luxury Closet generally does not confirm and ship the order until after we have received approvals from our third-party Partner authentication services who verify your credit card details and account.

The Luxury Closet may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners. In such cases, The Luxury Closet may cancel such orders if an item is unavailable or damaged/found in a poor condition, and make a full refund if the order has been paid for. The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.

The Luxury Closet is not liable for delay in orders because of Customs clearances at destination.

The Luxury Closet will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Regulations may prohibit the importation of items made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin) to certain countries. Please contact the Customer Service Department for more information.

Returns:

Buyer is liable to read specific return terms and conditions and other policies related to returns here https://theluxurycloset.com/pages/delivery-and-returns and be informed about the return & refund policies before initiating a return.

Returns are accepted on selective items and all returnable Items can be returned for a refund of the purchase price ("The Luxury Closet Price") provided that:

  1. Buyer expresses a wish to return is required and obligated to inform The Luxury Closet about returns made or to be made or to initiate a return. Contact The Luxury Closet via Phone: +91 +971 4247 2985; Email: [email protected] or via live chat on the Site within 3 Days of the Buyer's receipt of the Item along with the order number for the item. 

  2. Item is returned undamaged in the original condition it was received, with The Luxury Closet packaging includes; original papers, original packaging, and tags still attached.

  3. An Hermes Birkin bag and an Hermes Kelly Bag of any style or variation, range price and dimension cannot be returned for any reason claimed or unclaimed; prior or post to placing the order and delivery.

  4. Item is handed over to the courier within 3 days of the return collection being initiated by The Luxury Closet.

  5. Buyer hands over the item to the designated courier as booked by The Luxury Closet for the respective collection. The Luxury Closet shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to the Items shipped via any other courier/post.

  6. Items that are marked as ‘No returns on this item’ are final sale items. Once purchased, such items cannot be returned.

  7. The Luxury Closet shall process the refund of the amount paid by the buyer towards the purchase excluding: TLC Promo Cash, Promotional Vouchers, Shipping Costs, Customs, and other local taxes.

  8. The Luxury Closet shall deduct the Shipping Costs and Customs Duties & Taxes paid towards a return shipment due to failure of delivery in the event of the buyer being not contactable and/or not available to clear the customs (payment of duties, additional documents) and/or to receive the delivery.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds are processed within 7 Business Days after the returned item has been received by The Luxury Closet and checked for Quality & Condition.

  2. All prepaid orders (Credit Card, PayPal, ApplePay) are refunded to the original method of payment and cannot be substituted/transferred to any other method.

  3. Cash payment orders are refunded only via an online transfer to a Bank Account. Buyer is liable to bear any costs/fees applied by the bank for the transaction and/or currency exchange.

  4. All international transactions are converted to USD and the received amount shall be refunded to the buyer's original method of payment for the exact value as received. Any difference in the refund amount due to currency exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.

  5. Credit card refunds, once initiated, may take 7-14 Business Days to complete the bank's processing and be credited to the buyer's account. Bank Transfers may take 3-5 Business Days for completion once processed.

  6. Refund shall be processed for 100% value of the item(s) and does not include any Shipping Costs, TLC Promo Cash, Vouchers, Customs Duties & Taxes, and/or any other local taxes paid by the buyer.

  7. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, any Customs Duties & Taxes borne by The Luxury Closet shall be deducted from the buyer's refund.

Warranty

The Luxury Closet does not warrant, represent or undertake the quality of the goods and items sold. As an exception to the aforementioned, The Luxury Closet offers a twelve-month warranty for watches on the site and no warranty for modified watches. The Luxury Closet offers a lifetime authenticity guarantee for all items sold on our platform. In case of a rare event of a sold item found and proven to be inauthentic, the buyer will receive a 100% refund including the cost of the return shipment.

Value Added Tax (VAT):

United Arab Emirates (UAE) has committed to implement VAT starting 1 January 2018. With a standard rate of 5%, VAT will apply to most of the supplies of goods and services supplied from this date. Businesses/individuals in UAE are required to comply with the new VAT rules and obligations - charge VAT, issue tax invoices, file periodical VAT returns and pay VAT when due to the tax authorities.

Following the KSA Government’s announcement, VAT Rate to increase from 5% to 15% from July 1, 2020.

The Luxury Closet also has to follow the rules and obligations for VAT set by the Governments in UAE and KSA. All prices shown on The Luxury Closet website are inclusive of VAT for customers from the UAE. The exact VAT applicable to your order will be calculated upon checkout based on the selected delivery destination. In addition, for orders delivered outside the UAE local import taxes may be applied to your order and these will be shown at checkout.

Import & Admin Charges

The Luxury Closet items are shipped from Dubai, UAE. Almost all countries apply Customs duty on import of items. Hence, all international deliveries from The Luxury Closet are subject to import and admin charges which are collected as follows: 

  1. For GCC Countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudia Arabia): The import and admin charges are included in the item price and need not be paid at the time of delivery.

  2. For the USA: Import and admin charges are not included in the item price and are to be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery. Exception—if import and admin charges are charged upfront at the time of purchase then no further charges are to be paid at the time of delivery. [ This exception is currently applicable for selected orders only ]

  3. For Rest of the World:  Import and admin charges are not included in the item price and are to be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery.

Buyers are liable to check duty rates for their own country. We suggest that you seek Internet Assistance to get an estimate of the applicable Customs Duties & Taxes in your country.

Customs duty on orders placed via credit card (CC), PayPal, and Apple Pay are collected by the courier partner directly at the time of Customs clearance.

Authenticity

The Luxury Closet assures product authenticity and offers a money-back guarantee for inauthentic items. However, we are not liable to refund for modifications in items from the seller’s end.

Restrictions

The Luxury Closet wishes to inform that we do not ship any precious metal/ gemstone items to Kuwait. This restriction may include fine jewellery and precious metal watches. Regulations may also prohibit the import/export of items made with exotic materials to/from the UAE.

Payment Method:

The Luxury Closet provides all possible payment options for our customer's convenience. Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit Card (CC), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Third-party payment services, being some of them. Please note some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries, specific products, or customers. In certain cases, for payments made via Credit Card, we might get in touch with you to request for additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card, in order to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments.

The Luxury Closet has the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof).

The Luxury Closet is not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes on the website (or any portion thereof). The customer is responsible to get in touch with The Luxury Closet in order to get the payment options reactivated.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD option is available for the UAE only.

Credit Card Payments:
We accept payments through all major credit/debit cards.  The cards are charged on-site via our secure payment partners checkout.com or the amount of the order value. Credit card companies may have additional charges based on the currency of your card.

Apple Pay Payments:
The Apple Pay option is available for USA customers only. Apple Pay can only be used on the IOS app. To use this payment option, users must register on Apple Pay using their Apple ID and add their card to the app wallet to avail this option during the checkout process.

Tamara:
Tamara is an easy ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ method of payment that buyers can opt for during checkout on The Luxury Closet. It provides customers with a lucrative opportunity of shopping hassle-free. 

Terms of the Plan:
Buyers can pay 1/3rd of the order value at the time of purchase and pay the remaining balance in two installments within a fixed tenure of two months from the date of purchase. This option only applies for an order value between 100 AED to 8000 AED & 100 SAR to 8000 SAR.

TLC Cash

TLC Cash is an exclusive program created by The Luxury Closet and is divided into 2 types:

1) Promo Cash
TLC Promo Cash is a cashback reward that buyers earn on the purchase of select merchandise. It’s a loyalty program through which the company endeavors to reward customers for shopping with us. Buyers can use the earned TLC Promo Cash while shopping for selected products at The Luxury Closet.

2) My Cash

TLC My Cash is a payment method that a customer can choose while opting for refunds. My Cash will be credited directly to the user’s TLC account, and it will not have any expiry date. My Cash can be redeemed on any order.

Earning TLC Promo Cash

Buyers can earn TLC Promo Cash by purchasing selected products from The Luxury Closet.
It is indicated on the respective product page if the purchase of the specific item would entitle the buyer to earn TLC Promo cash. Any product page with no such information directly implies that the item is not applicable for earning TLC Promo Cash.
TLC Promo Cash earned by the buyer will be credited to their account after seven days of the delivery of the purchased product. Please note that every TLC Promo Cash amount earned against the purchase of a product comes with an expiry period set by The Luxury Closet. Post the validity period, buyers will not be entitled to redeem any of the expired TLC Promo Cash.

Redeeming TLC Cash

PROMO CASH
Buyers can redeem their earned TLC Promo Cash against a range of products selected by The Luxury Closet. TLC Promo Cash can be used during checkout on the payment page. Once an order is placed, buyers cannot redeem or apply TLC Cash. No TLC Promo Cash amount will be credited back to the buyer’s account if they choose to cancel the order.
The Luxury Closet, in its discretion, reserves the right to decide the terms of use for the earned TLC Promo Cash. It will include conditions like the amount of TLC Promo Cash a buyer can use on a single purchase, the minimum order amount for which TLC Promo Cash can be redeemed, and the brand & categories against which buyers will be allowed to redeem TLC Promo Cash. The information regarding the terms of use will be communicated to the buyer once the amount is credited to their account. TLC Promo Cash is non-refundable and non-transferable. It can only be applied to Online Purchases.
TLC Promo Cash is provided as a promotional offer.

MY CASH
Buyers can choose to get their refund in the form of My Cash and redeem the same for future orders during checkout on the payment page. Once an order is placed, buyers cannot redeem or apply TLC Cash. In case of returns or cancellations, the TLC My Cash amount used will be credited back to the user’s account. My Cash can only be applied to Online Purchases.
Unlike Promo Cash, My Cash does not have any expiration dates, and users can use the cash on any order value. TLC My Cash is refundable but not transferable.

Refer And Earn

With the Referral program, The Luxury Closet gives you an opportunity to invite your friends to register and shop with us. Subsequently, as a reward, both you and your friends can earn TLC Promo Cash. 
*For your kind reference: referrer means the person who is referring and the referee is the one who is being referred.

REFERRER: To be a referrer, you must be an existing user of The Luxury Closet. You can ask your friends to register on the platform and get rewarded with TLC Cash. Please note that TLC Cash can only be earned through referrals if the referee is a new user. In other words, if the friends you’re inviting are already registered users of The Luxury Closet, no TLC Cash will be rewarded to you.
Upon successful completion of the registration by the referee, the referrer shall earn TLC Cash. This TLC Cash amount will be credited to their account 7 days after the referee has registered.
When the referee makes their first successful purchase on The Luxury Closet, the referrer will get rewarded with TLC Cash. Once more, this TLC Cash earned on the referee’s first purchase will be credited to the referrer’s account after the 7 days of order delivery.

REFEREE: The referee is required to register on The Luxury Closet website using the referral link sent by their friend (referrer). Once the referee has successfully registered with us, he/she will be rewarded with TLC Cash instantly. 
The referee is also eligible to earn TLC Cash on making the first successful purchase with us. This TLC Cash amount will be credited to the referee’s account within 1 working day after 7 days of the order delivery.

General terms for the usage of TLC Promo Cash :

  1. TLC Promo Cash earned by the referrer and the referee can be redeemed soon after it gets credited to their TLC account. 

  2. TLC Promo Cash earned through referrals is subject to specific terms of use, decided solely by The Luxury Closet.

  3. In case of cancellations, any TLC Promo Cash earned through referrals will not be refunded. 

Promotions and Codes

  1. Buyer can redeem only one voucher/promotion code/coupon against one order.

  2. The Luxury Closet does not allow redeeming more than one promotion/ coupon/ voucher codes for one transaction.

  3. Validity and offer of the coupon/ voucher/ promotion code applicable per transaction are dependent on the T&Cs published on the promotion banner or voucher.

  4. The Luxury Closet reserves the right to withdraw and or amend any promotional offer without prior intimation to the buyers.

  5. The Luxury Closet may conduct social media competitions. Winners of such competitions are selected as specified under the terms of use of the respective competition. The Luxury Closet reserves the right to not disclose the details of the participants to the competition.

  6. The results of any such competitions and contests will not be discussed by The Luxury Closet. The Luxury Closet holds the right to not disclose any such information. The participants to such competitions do not hold the right to contest or question the results in any way.

Product — Watches:

All watches sold on The Luxury Closet have been vetted as authentic and are in good working condition. The Luxury Closet clearly mentions the inclusions and item condition under the product details/condition section. Any modifications like aftermarket diamonds and modified straps are clearly stated under the Product Description section. The Luxury Closet does not cover such modified watches under the warranty policy. The authorized service centers or brands will not recognize these modified watches and the resale value of such watches should not be compared to non-modified watches. The buyer is liable to read the warranty clauses mentioned in the ‘warranty and returns’ section of the product.

Seller Terms

The Luxury Closet uses a consignment method of selling which means that seller gets paid only after the item is sold and The Luxury Closet has received the payments in total. For the service that The Luxury Closet provides, it charges a nominal commission fee. By agreeing to sell with the Site, seller is deemed to agree to pay the commission applicable for selling the item(s).

If the seller submits an item that qualifies for The Luxury Closet’s cash buy scheme, it will be moved to Payment Ready automatically once the item has been received and passed through the authenticity and QC process.

The Luxury Closet reserves the right to require additional information from any bulk or other sellers.

Submitted Content

The Luxury Closet does not claim ownership of any materials you make available through the Site Submit- my- items page, Live agent, email, or through any other method or means. At The Luxury Closet's sole discretion, such materials may be included in the Service in whole or in part or in a modified form. By using The Site and "Submit my items" you agree to only upload and submit your items in JPEG, GIF and PNG format. You hereby represent, warrant and covenant that the images you provide are original and you hold the rights to the images/ material/ item(s) you upload on our site. You agree not to include/ upload/ converse/ transact anything that is in any way rude, offensive, illicit and forbidden according to the law prevailing in the jurisdiction of UAE.

The Luxury Closet does not allow you to post or make postings on our Site. You may submit your request or queries through our live chat, emails or call us through the Site or Service. You may not upload to, distribute or otherwise publish through this Site any Postings of any kind and nature.

PRICING

Estimated Retail Price

The "estimated retail price" is an estimate/ guess/ judgement based on research from the brand's main site or other competitive sites. The seller agrees that The Luxury Closet, in its sole discretion, will determine the estimated selling price for the item (the "Estimated Retail Price"), based on its evaluation of the item together with its determination of the current market price for each specific item in question.

The Luxury Closet Price

The Selling Price refers to the product's price per the binding agreement between the seller and The Luxury Closet. The initial listing price (the first selling price) is determined based on our evaluation and will consider factors such as category, brand, model, material, color, condition, current resale market value, and the historical sales performance of similar products on our website. To increase the chances of selling an item, The Luxury Closet reserves the right to apply reductions to the initial listing price as per the terms mentioned in the "Price Reduction" section. 

Seller's 'My Items' page will display the prices and payouts of items, including charges like shipping, insurance fees, and VAT, depending on the country selected on the website. The 'best offer price' mentioned on the website for each item may vary due to additional discounts offered by The Luxury Closet and owing to buyer-specific adjustments, based on selected geographical location, such as shipping, insurance fees, and VAT, geographical location. 

With respect to items on sale on The Luxury Closet, prices are dependent upon orders being confirmed. For any mispriced items, we will, at our discretion, either resolve the case collaboratively with the seller before shipping the order or notify the seller of any cancellation or refund.

Quotation Auto-Approve Feature

The Luxury Closet will provide a suggested price range after an item is submitted. The quote will be valid only for 7 days, starting from the day of quotation. In cases when the items are already with The Luxury Closet but have quotations not yet approved by the seller, the items will be auto-approved to the highest amount from the given price range once the quotations expire.

Value Added Tax (VAT):

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) of which the UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are member states along with Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman will have VAT implementation at a standard rate of 5%. From 1 January 2018, businesses/ individuals in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) are required to comply with VAT rules and obligations. Charging of VAT, issuing tax invoices, filing periodical VAT returns and paying of VAT, if any due to the tax authorities.

Following the KSA Government’s announcement, VAT Rate to increase from 5% to 15% from July 1, 2020.

The Luxury Closet will comply with the rules and obligations for VAT set by the Governments of all jurisdictions we do business in and will calculate the VAT % as per what the Legislation specifies.

The payout as per agreement amount refers to the amount payable to the seller in respect of the goods and will be exclusive of VAT. The Luxury Closet is not liable to pay the seller and has the right to hold the payout(s) that may be due to the seller’s non-compliance and defection as per the VAT Decree-Law applicable in the jurisdiction of business and shipping.

Registering and complying to VAT law is the sole responsibility of the seller. Seller is required and responsible to communicate TRN details, Tax invoice in compliance with VAT Decree-Law and Executive regulations.

Consignment Period:

The Luxury Closet provides 365 days lock-in consignment period for all items listed.

Commission Structure:

The Luxury Closet charges commission depending on the selling price of an item. Effective January 1, 2024, the commission on items submitted will be computed and charged as per the following structure.

The commission structure is the fees that The Luxury Closet charges to process, hold and showcase seller item(s) on the Site. The commission structure cannot be contested or questioned, and it is exclusive of VAT and other eventual import & admin charges associated with the sale of the merchandise. By selling with us, seller is considered to acknowledge and agree to the commission that is due to The Luxury Closet. The Luxury Closet sends intimation emails prior to inform about any such changes. The seller is liable to read and follow up on the said changes.

The commission differs according to the category and the selling value of the item(s):

Price Reduction

To improve item's chance to sell, seller can reduce (their) seller's payout at own discretion by using "Reduce Payout" feature. By editing and approving "Payout", seller choose a new payout which will reduce the selling price of the item on the Site. The Luxury Closet recommends that after every at least after every 30 days until the duration of the consignment period, the seller should choose a new payout which will reduce the selling price of the item on the Site.

The Luxury Closet's commission is recalculated accordingly to new sell commission structure.

Seller is reliable for the new chosen payout and is obliged to inform TLC immediately should the price reduction have been processed by mistake.

The Luxury Closet can choose to continue or discontinue this feature with or without informing the seller.

Automatic Price Reduction Schedule

The Luxury Closet reserves the right to apply price reductions on all items of all the sellers. This will be done in order to increase the chances of selling the items faster.

Item Aging” refers to the number of days since the listing date of the item on the site.

Rules for sellers registered with The Luxury Closet before March 16, 2020:

The Luxury Closet will reduce the prices after every 90 days since previous price reduction. The Luxury Closet will inform seller about the new payout amount via email with a minimum of 15-day notice. Sellers are required either to proceed to price reduction of their own choice or to inform The Luxury Closet within the 15-day notice period requesting item return. Should sellers not agree to price reduction past the 15-day notice period, The Luxury Closet has the right to sell items at the reduced price and corresponding to new seller's payout. The reductions and methods are at the discretion of The Luxury Closet. The seller agrees not to question or counter the automatic price reduction. The seller has the right to request for a return if he/she does not wish to sell the item at the reduced price.

Items listed on or after April 06, 2021

The Luxury Closet reserves the right to apply price reductions on all new items of all the sellers. This will be done in order to increase the chances of selling the items faster. This will be applicable on all items listed on or after April 06, 2021, based on the rules mentioned under section “Automatic Price Reduction Schedule”.

Items listed for more than 6 months

Effective as of 25th February 2022, items that have been on sale for more than six months without any automatic price reduction will be put under a new reduction schedule. The new schedule will be spread acros2.5 months for each item, and depending on the segment and category, the first reduction will be applied to the item’s “current price” at the date of launch. After, there will be reductions every 15 days until the item’s price reaches the maximum limit of reduction from the First Listing Price.

Example: The item is a bestseller listed at USD 1000 in Jan 2021 and has undergone a 20% reduction so far by the seller’s choice.

Payment to the Seller

The Luxury Closet agrees to pay proceeds from the sale of the consigned merchandise as stated in the Terms & Conditions. Payments will be processed upon seller's request. The seller can make a request for payout when the sale is finalized and the item has passed the return period.

The Luxury Closet processes payments on the 5th day of every month for payments requested from the 1st through the 15th day of the previous month and on the 20th day of every month for payments requested from the 16th day through the last day of the previous month. If the 5th and/or 20th of the month fall on a weekend or bank holiday, payments will be processed on the following business day.

For instance, if the seller requests payment on April 10th, The Luxury Closet will process the payment on May 5th or on the following business day if May 5th is a weekend or bank holiday. Alternatively, if the payment is requested on April 20th,  The Luxury Closet will process the payment on May 20th or the next business day if May 20th is a weekend or bank holiday.

The payment method can be selected by you. It can be PayPal or bank transfer (Actual charges for bank transfer may apply). Please fill in the information in your 'My Info' section. However, please note:

  • PayPal payments are transferred in USD
  • Bank Transfer payment for sold items that amount to a total value below USD 100 will not be processed due to high bank charge estimates
Pay and Reserve plan: For items that have sold using our Pay and Reserve plan, payment will be made to you after the first payment is received by us. For more information on our Pay and Reserve plan please click here.

MAF Gift Card Payment

Sellers who have submitted their items under the MAF Sell page or through our Kiosk in the Mirdif City Centre Mall will be able to request their payment as a MAF Mall Gift Card only. Each gift card can be loaded with a maximum amount of 3,500 AED. Any payment higher than this value will be split over multiple cards.

"Payout Range" refers to the suggested price range by TLC, the seller is required to choose a price from the provided payout range. The selected price then becomes the seller's "payout". The seller's payout is net of The Luxury Closet commission, that is deducted from The Luxury Closet price. Seller’s payout may change depending on the applied price reduction either performed by seller or by The Luxury Closet under “Automatic price reduction” or “Manage My Price” service terms.

Promotions and Codes

1.       Seller can only redeem one promotion/coupon /voucher code at a time

2.       The Luxury Closet does not allow redeeming more than one promotion/coupon/voucher codes at a time

  • Zero commission, 100% payout applicable for a first item valued up to $5,000
  • Earn an assured discount of upto $1,250 on commission for a first item valued above $5,000
  • In case of multiple item submissions, the promotion will be applied to the lowest value item

Return of Items

Items that do not pass quality check

Effective September 01, 2021: Items that do not pass quality check will be returned to the seller. All costs for such returns, including Return Shipping, Customs Duties & Taxes, and Administrative fees, will be borne by The Luxury Closet. Upon failure to establish contact with the seller within 30 days after the first return notice, The Luxury Closet reserves the right to donate/dispose of the item(s).

Counterfeit Items

The Luxury Closet reserves the right to dispose of/ destroy items that are found to be inauthentic, as per UAE regulations.  The Luxury Closet will inform the seller of any rejections due to counterfeit items.

Items withdrawn by the Seller (Terms before Jan 05, 2023)

The Luxury Closet provides 90 days lock-in consignment period for all sellers based in the UAE, 180 days for sellers outside of the UAE, and 365 days for sellers based in Italy and the UK. 

If a seller wishes to withdraw their item(s) during/within the applicable 90/180/365 days, a minimum charge of USD 15 per item, as well as the Customs Duties & Taxes charges, will be borne by the seller.

For items returned to the seller after the completion of the applicable consignment period, the cost of return shipping will be borne by The Luxury Closet. However, any Customs Duties & Taxes charges incurred will be borne by the seller.

Additional Terms

  • Sellers based outside the UAE may self-arrange the collection of their item(s) by paying 5% of the payout towards administration & processing fees. The item(s) can be picked up or delivered to a UAE address.
  • For items that were dropped off at our store, The Luxury closet will proceed with the return shipping to any UAE address provided. If the seller wishes to ship internationally, they must arrange a pickup.
  • A reshipping fee of USD 30 per item for international returns and USD 5 per item for UAE returns will be applicable if the shipment was returned to The Luxury Closet due to delivery failure or refusal/non-availability of the seller.
  • If an item is not collected within 14 days, The Luxury Closet reserves the right to have the item(s) listed back on the website.

The Luxury Closet is not liable for holding charges, damages, or if the clearance department confiscates the shipment due to a refusal to receive/ clear the shipment upon arrival at the provided destination.

Sale of Consigned Merchandise

  • The Luxury Closet agrees to photograph and write copy for the consigned merchandise and list it for sale on the website, www.theluxurycloset.com.
  • The Luxury Closet reserves the right to list the merchandise on partner websites. We will make every attempt to obtain the highest possible selling price for the consigned merchandise, but shall have full control over the final pricing of the item. We reserve the right to add up to the selling price eventual shipping fees, duties and other related charges.
  • The Luxury Closet guarantees authenticity of every item offered for sale. Therefore, the seller warrants the consigned merchandise to be authentic. In the event that we determine the merchandise to be counterfeit, the seller agrees to pay back any payout for the item, authentication and shipping fees for return of item.
  • The seller warrants to be in legal possession of the consigned merchandise. Therefore, proof of identification will be required upon collection of selected items in compliance with the provision of the Crime Investigation Department.
  • The Luxury Closet will make every attempt to obtain the highest possible selling price for the consigned merchandise, but shall have full control on pricing the item. Automated price reduction will be applied without seller's formal consent. No manifested objection is considered as consent. If the item of a seller who has chosen to opt-in is sold, the payout, which may be reduced as per our reduction terms of “Manage My Price,” will be the final payout received by the seller.
  • If needed, The Luxury Closet will clean the item before sale. We will bear the cost of dry cleaning (clothes & shoes),  polishing (if required). This excludes stain removal or color restoration. We reserve the right to decline merchandise for consignment at our discretion.
  • The Luxury Closet will take care of cleaning in order to guarantee items are sold in their best conditions of cleanliness and hygiene. We shall bear any associated fee, provided, the item meets the specific quality standards before we process them for cleaning and polishing.

Loss or Damage

Upon delivery, the Luxury Closet shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for the consigned merchandise including risks of fire, flood, theft, and damage. All risk of loss or damage to the merchandise in transit up till the item is inspected by The Luxury Closet shall be borne by you. If the condition of the item is re-evaluated to be poorer than the earlier estimate, The Luxury Closet reserves the right to reduce the payout amount for the item.

Product- Watches

The seller agrees to following standard procedures for watch authentication and processing before The Luxury Closet will proceed with quotation and publishing.

  1. Movement verification: The seller agrees that in order to check the genuinity of the watch, The Luxury Closet will check the watch’s movement before moving the product to further steps of authentication. While assessing the watch, The Luxury Closet’s watch authenticators will check its movement, which may involve opening and closing of the closed case back.The seller agrees and acknowledges that The Luxury Closet is not liable for any issue or damage whether mechanical, technical, functional, aesthetic or any other issue that it may have or acquired during shipping, delivery or transition.
  2. Opening of the case back is only required in case of closed case back watches and happens without compromising the condition of the watch.
  3. If the seller has any objection regarding opening the case back, The Luxury Closet has the right to reject the watch if we are unable to authenticate the watch.
  4. If the watch is new and sealed, The Luxury Closet holds rights to open the seal to authenticate and photograph the watch.
  5. Quartz watches: Irrespective of the value of the watch, all Quartz case backs will be opened for a mandatory authentication check.
  6. Automatic and manual watches with closed case back (ONLY): Automatic and manual watches with closed case backs valued over $30,000 or in mint condition, will be sent to The Luxury Closet third-party vendor or authorised service centers to open case back for authentication purposes.
  7. For exhibition case and see-through case back watches there is no requirement to open the case for authentication.
  8. The Luxury Closet seeks written permission from the seller to open the case back of an automatic or manual watch when:
    -Payout value is $30,000 and above
    -It is in mint condition
    -It has a water resistance of 500 meters and above/1000 meters and above

Services performed

The Luxury Closet may perform minor servicing like battery changes, oiling, greasing and dust blowing the parts; resetting the chronograph for quartz, time and date. Batteries are only changed for non-functioning watches and The Luxury Closet holds rights to discard the old and non-functional battery. The Luxury Closet does not perform any other repairs, actions, or maintenance to the watch mechanics or its aesthetics.

Modifications

  2. Only aftermarket diamonds and non-original straps are accepted modifications.
  3. Unacceptable modifications
  4. The Luxury Closet does not accept the following modifications, modified items, compromised parts, or other items:
  5. Wrong or unoriginal movement: movement parts that are not original or not modified by the brand or authorised service center
  6. Repaired circuit parts
  7. Franken-watches
  8. Other modification of parts, functionalities, mechanics, movements and aesthetics

Partnerships and Associations

Third party associates, bloggers, influencers, social media celebrities, celebrities and any other party that is involved in media promotions in any way is termed as "Partners".

  • The Luxury Closet welcomes and runs several partnership programs with bloggers, and influencers for promotions. The Luxury Closet at its discretion can choose to continue or discontinue the partnership. The intention of this partnership is for promotion and The Luxury Closet is not obligated or liable to pay for any such activities or events that the Bloggers or influencers might conduct or hold.
  • Bloggers and influencers are bound by the contract that is given out to you at the start of the partnership.
  • Item(s) that are loaned to partners, influencers, and bloggers must to be returned to The Luxury Closet within 7 days of loan out. The items must be returned in their exact condition with all that is included, packaging and tags attached.
  • If the item(s) are found damaged or missing packaging/tags etc. upon return, the partner, blogger, and influencer is obligated to pay full price of the item as a damage fee. The Luxury Closet holds all rights and discretion to decide and negotiate the damage fee in any such event.
  • "Partner with us" program is purely for agents who help us source items. The commission and conduct by the agent is solely based on the initial contract.
  • In case of social media mentions, the partner is obligated to give full credits due to The Luxury Closet.
  • Social media tags and mentions should be placed in a very visible and "exclusive" manner.
  • Partners must use @TheLuxuryCloset to tag The Luxury Closet along with a mandatory, "exclusive" and dedicated caption.
  • The Luxury Closet shall, time and again, conduct social media competitions. Winners to such competitions are randomly selected. The Luxury Closet reserves rights to not disclose the details of participants to the competition.
  • Buyer can only redeem one promotion/ coupon/ voucher code at a time; per transaction.
  • The Luxury Closet does not allow redeeming more than one promotion/ coupon/ voucher codes for one transaction.
  • Validity and offer of the coupon/ voucher/ promotion code applicable per transaction is dependent on the T&Cs published on the promotion banner or voucher.
  • The Luxury Closet reserves rights to withdraw any promotional coupon code without any prior intimation to the buyer.

Terms and Conditions — Seller Referral Program

By participating in our Referral Program, either as a Referrer or Referee, you are accepting the below terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

1.1. To be eligible for the Referral Program, you must be a registered user with The Luxury Closet and have a valid account

1.2. Referrals are only valid for new users who sign up using a unique referral link provided by existing users

1.3 If the referee does not submit  at least 1 item to be listed on The Luxury Closet website within the first 90 days of signing up via the referral link, the referee will be invalid and no referral bonus will be paid to the referrer

Referral Bonus

2.1. The referrer will be rewarded with a referral bonus depending on the following criteria 

  • The referrer will be eligible for a referral bonus only once the referee successfully lists at least one item on our platform 

  • If the referee successfully lists items equal to or worth more than $3000 or lists 5 items (or more) within 30 days from the listing date of the first item then the referrer will get $100 as a referral bonus per seller

  • If the referee successfully lists items worth less than $3000 or lists less than 5 items within 30 days from the listing date of the first item then the referrer will get $20 as a referral bonus per seller

2.2. The referee will receive a welcome bonus of $50 added as a credit to their TLC Wallet, upon successfully signing up using the referrer's unique referral link

  • This credit will be valid for 30 days

  • The TLC Cash received is subject to specific terms of use, decided solely by The Luxury Closet

Referral Link

3.1. The referrer's unique referral link can be shared with potential referees via email, SMS, social media channels like - WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or other digital means.

3.2. Referral links must not be used for spamming, mass distribution, or any other illegal or unethical activities.

Referral Bonus Redemption

4. The referral bonus will be credited either via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or to the user’s TLC Wallet.
The rules for Bonus Redemption are as follows 

  1. Referral bonus will be credited only once a month between the 10th - 15th of any given month

  2. For a user to receive a referral bonus they should have successfully referred at least 1 seller in the last 30 days which is not paid for previously

  3. If the referral bonus of a user for a given month is less than $100 (For non-UAE users)/less than AED 100 (For UAE users), the amount will be transferred via Paypal (Only if a valid Paypal account is registered with us for that user) or to TLC wallet as TLC cash

  4. If the referral bonus of a user for a given month is more than or equal to $100 (For non-UAE users)/more than or equal to AED 100 (For UAE users), the amount will be transferred via Bank Transfer (Only if a valid bank account is updated on the TLC account of the user)4.1. Referral bonuses will be credited to the referrer's bank account/Paypal/TLC wallet within 60 days after the referee successfully lists their first item on The Luxury Closet, provided the referrer has valid payment details added to their profile
    4.2. The referee's welcome bonus of $50 will be credited to their account immediately upon successful registration using the referrer's unique referral link. It can only be redeemed within 30 days of signing up. This TLC cash can only be applied on a minimum order value of $50

Referral Bonus Terms: 

5.1. Referral bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

5.2. Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior may be disqualified from the Referral Program and any associated benefits.

Termination:

6.1. The Luxury Closet reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2. In case of any suspected misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions, The Luxury Closet reserves the right to cancel or withhold any referral bonuses.
6.3 Withdrawal or removal of a listed product within the consignment period, by the referee can result in the termination of the contract 

Limitation of Liability:

7.1. The Luxury Closet shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Referral Program.

7.2. The Luxury Closet is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may affect the Referral Program.

The Luxury Closet, in its discretion, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By participating in our Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
