Named for the designers wife, the Ricky bag, doesn’t get a lot of coverage, just like a beautiful, quiet and understated woman.
Though not nearly as popular as the Birkin, Kelly or even the Fendi Baguette, the Ricky is recognized and actively sought by those shoppers and bag addicts in the know.
This one of a kind exclusive satchel by Ralph Lauren is made from orange alligator leather. It is framed with gold-tone hardware and features a leather clochette housing keys and a front flap with a snap closure. The interior is lined with black leather and includes one snap pocket, one zip pocket and one cell phone pocket.
Back in 2012 a brown crocodile version was stolen right out of the display at Ralph Lauren’s flagship store in New York!
